Yeah, I just like the Legend more because it's much, MUCH more attractive than any other Android phone.. X10's build quality is horrible, I tested it out in the store and the screen was doing that weird liquid thing that's common in poor quality plastic screens... X10 mini is even worse, LG Eve is the WORST, and Samsung Wave is not even Android, it's Bada OS which is.. Bad..a... Looks like it's iPhone 4 for me, though. However, many other phones have the same issue (as seen in? this video on the iPhone 3GS). iPhone 4 is slightly more sensitive than some other devices, because the antenna is external, which more often than not actually helps reception, rather than hurting it. BlackBerry 9700 suffers the same problem when held naturally, as does the HTC Droid Eris, Nokia E71 in some cases, and Samsung Omnia II.

@dmncau I know, I'm trying to show that it doesn't only happen on iPhone 4, it also happens on the 3GS and 3G with iOS 4.0 installed, meaning it is most likely a firmware bug, not a hardware issue, so people can stop saying the iPhone 4 can't make calls or some shit. @_@ And yes I'll definitely be buying one, white 32GB most likely. Its not due to the wireless network, the problem is due to the phone's hardware/software/firmwire. The same problem is also happening to some iphone 4G's in the states. Hopefully? apple/itunes will fix the issue in time? u getting the iphone 4 in july Adam? thanks for stayin' with rogers!

I'm not saying that people don't deserve welfare. My family and friends have all used it before. I know that there is value in the program. My gripe with welfare is that people don't use it as intended, which is as a lifeline while they regroup and start supporting themselves again. My brother should not have been allowed to get slurpees on his welfare, slurpees are not essential to living. You are a smart guy, but I don't think you really understand exactly what it means to be poor right now. Yesterday I had one meal, and it was Mr. Noodles. It's incredibly difficult to find a job, nobody will call me back even though I have 3? years of experience in customer service and 8 years of experience with graphic design. I have applied everywhere imaginable. Even McDonalds did not call me back. I was going to apply to welfare, but they want all of my income for 3 months.

By elevating taxes for the rich you send the message that it's not ok to achieve success because you're going to be punished for it. A flat tax promotes growth and will encourage people to grow because they will still feel equal in the eyes of the government. Also if people are? still dying and in poverty, maybe the best option is to look at why current programs are not helping and what can be done to change them. Throwing money at a problem is not going to just make it go away.

The problem is we can not determine who is lazy and who is not. It's not that simple. Many people have disabilities and mental problems that explain? their strange behavior. I still believe a 1% higher tax rate doesn't make that huge of a difference per company (I'm talking about super-rich corporate entities here, not upper-middle class families), but would make a HUGE difference in total.

Yes, however the problem is that many people are born into severe poverty and have a very hard time finding a job, especially in this economic climate. Remember that most people who are poor are not poor of their own fault. People are dying in the streets, something needs to be done about that, not to mention? the environmental benefits to raising taxes on the super-rich.

My opinion is basically that we all deserve to be treated equally and given the same opportunities in order to achieve greatness regardless of gender, orientation, etc. I do not believe however that people are ENTITLED to anything just by being an american citizen. If someone works their butt of and makes tons of money from it, then they deserve that money. They shouldn't have to give half of their paycheck to those that don't want to work and better? themselves.
