Did you watch the whole video? 2:35 note - there are 8Bit sound packs to choose from, and afterward, I am using 8bit type sounds. Note that "chiptune" can include 16? bit sounds as well, which include lo-fi samples.

Not sure how they're calling this a "Chiptune" maker. Sounds more like a mod tracker with crappy samples to me. I didn't hear one? "chip" sound.
