If you get the error PANIC Could not open AVD config file, it means that your default installing? location for the android sdk contains non-english letters. You will have to move/copy the folder into a new location that doesn't contain non-english letters. Then you will have to create an environment variable with the name ANDROID_SDK_HOME. The location should be the location of the android sdk. Then restart eclipse and everything should work. Maybe not the best english.

I got it to run once. But now I haven't changed anything and when I try to run it, sometimes it asks for a video source. And when it tries to connect to the activity manager, I get this "Can't connect to activity manager; is the system running?" What happened? Also, I'm? doing 3.1 but it hasn't made a difference thus far. Like I said, I got it to work once just fine. I even made a new project from scratch and the same things happen.
