Thanks for your comment, as an experienced fish cook I never use tongs, they can tear the delicate flesh of the fish and cause disaster. I have three different spatulas that I use and several spoons. By using a spoon to flip the scallops I know there is no? chance that I am going to damage them, also I use the same spoon to baste the scallops with the brown butter and herbs...it's all about speed in the kitchen :-) Hope you keep watching!

lol i didn't know anyone else cooked this :) i've cooked this for most of my life, i thought i made it up :) sometimes i scramble ground beef with onions first with a bit of salt and pepper, then when its done then i add the potatoes and let them get good and soft, its delicious, and you don't get all that extra salt that's in the weiners :)? and i also love adding a bit of salsa to it for flavor :) gotta love a simple meal like this

I tried this? and the yellow bell peppers was the sweetest for me....the red one gave me a gas cramp lasting a day. Are these different colors different varieties or do they just ripen from green to yellow to orange to red? I think they are different varieites....if you plant get heirloom varieties and then save your own seed....you don't want GMO or hybrids which don't come true to form.
