I ordered a glycerin precooler directly from weedstar and it arrived broken due to poor packaging. I spoke with Ziggi directly but he did not correct the problem. Not an honest company and they don't know how to pack a glass piece. It wasn't an expensive piece either cost only $15. A good honest business would replace it or refund the customer. Weedstar just ignores you. don't trust that? the same couldn't happen to you.

Man, I've heard so many bad things about Weed-dstar like cheap china glass, low quality, but Weed-star is the only company that I can find with the double bubbler design. Its alot bigger than it looked on EDIt, i just ordered an illusion bottle-style precooler, i'm kinda glad i got that one, the smoke (looks like it) dosent get as much filtration due to the smaller amount of water, even with the spread out of it it dont seem to do much but add more tube for teh smoke to go stale in, might just be this one but? im glad i didnt get it. I sure wish i had waited a few days before ordering. A couple days after i ordered the colored inline Edit posted weed stars new product line and this unit was listed. I guess they are very "HOT" because when i placed my order i recieved a message they were out of stock? and so were several items i had ordered(Weed Star of course) arrrg bummer. My colored inline has about the same drag/draw as any ashcatcher/precooler system i believe if that answers your question? lol
