Wow you have no fucking idea what the fuck you are talking about do you? I bought these 8 months ago, I use them EVERY DAY and I don't have a problem. Then again, I am not a dumb ass who takes them to the bathroom, shits on them and then throws them across? the room and then beat my dog with them. My beats are still brand new shiny and no scratches. 5 to 8 hours a day I use them, no problems at all. Now go peddle your paper elsewhere, since you obviously are talking out of your ass.

These things are just overrated JVC crap. People just by them because? its a trend like Apple and their Iphones. I bought a set asa gift, and they didnt want it, I used them twice, decided to sell them and sold them for $250. I use Skull Candy and they sound just as good. Just got the ATM-M50 and these are? the best headphones i have ever used. Sound, comfort and build is a solid 10/10. Beautiful headphones. Nobody is forcing me to buy? anything, but don't say they are good. You have to include the price when talking about the product, its about $300+ more than it should be. The sound is bad when your lows especially the bass leak into other sounds like the mids and highs and ruin the experience. I had the black version of this case on my phone? for a few days, but I had to return it because it consistently dropped my signal down 1-2 bars even though I live in a strong signal area. It was unfortunate because I really liked this case, the black looks awesome on a black phone. Thanks for the great review, glad it's working out for you.

I actually own these headphones and go to college as well. I personally don't fold them up but if you do they are significantly smaller. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting cheap studio quality headphones. I will warn you that? they require a break in period, so out of the box they do not sound "perfect" but after a while (2 weeks[?]) the sound becomes more rich and they sound amazing.

My only problem with the phone is its lack of a front facing camera...the n9? that this device is based off of has it. I understand that it had to be removed to accommodate the capacitive keys but I never feel good about loosing features that have been commonplace in smartphones for a long time now.

I love Nokia, hope they do well with these new phones! I actually upgraded to a Lumia 900 but returned it a day later. There was nothing wrong with it, I just couldn't give up the iPhone. I tried though and WP7? is a HUGE improvement over their previous crappy mobile OS. Great review!
