when i buy my iphone 4s last week..i already know what the rumors is..but i already? found the best solution with ur problem guys.. use the cycle of the battery (do it) then my 5.0.1 ios replace with 5.1.0..i download the 5.1.0 twice..because the first i was failed..its bug again..then try again..for the second time..

oh, and the biggest factor of all is putting it in airplane mode when in school and work because when there's no connection, the phone will roam which murders the? battery, so using airplane mode during these times will help immensely

I have all location services off accept SIRI,No push notifications on, brightness beneath the "b" in "brightness" with auto brightness off, all system services are turned off, and with my jailbreak i have it set to quit all apps with triple tapping the home button. All? of this combined literally gives me 2 days of battery life, with the ability to text my gf pretty much all day:)
