Do you guys know that apple copied some patents of nokia way way... and who made the A5 chip = samsung and also apple uses the sony camera to put to their iphone 4s without this company apple is nothing. and also apple copied the accelerometer from nokia... thats fact...? im not a android fan or apple fan and also the only samsung copied apple is the design not the OS. apple doesnt want samsung to sell the samsung galaxy note because apple is so scared to lose their costumer...

The delay was most likely due to Steve jobs death. This was smart for two reasons. First it shows that android has respect and compassion for a great innovator. Secondly his death would out shine the announcement of ICS and the nexus prime. Android hasn't much to fear from apple these days anyway, I mean iOS is now using android features.?

I have the d1 and I like it and it's time for my upgrade but with the crap Motorola pulled with that pill of junk bionic I'll never buy another moto phone again.So that leaves Nexus Prime or iPhone 4s.I've never had? the iPhone but both of my preachers do and they love them so I'm kind of excited about it.My thing is I take more pictures and videos with my phone than I talk on it.If Samsung waits till like December then it will be the iPhone.We'll see, thanks for the video!

If Bobby was unknowingly dosed, then that must have been the shortest trip in history. By the 2nd set he was a bit more together, suggesting that whatever he took was much shorter acting. If he was tripping, his role in the 2nd set? would have been minimized cuz he'd still be quite high but that wasn't the case. He started out the 2nd set w/this. I don't buy the dosed story. Bobby was on something for sure that he probably took before the 1st set & was wearing off by the 2nd set's start, IMO.

it's way easier to type on? the instinct using your nails. ive had the original instinct for about 3 years now and i barely ever have problems typing with it and i usually keep my nails long. most other phones dont let you type with fingernails but i think this one was designed with girly girls in mind or something like that...

I have the first instinct that came out in 2008 so this is a big upgrade. plus im getting it for free. So even if it does have a couple of negative things im still gonna perfer it to the old phone. The 2008 Instinct didn't have a lash camera and was just 2.0 not 5.0 and the web? browsing looks much easier and prettier (:

After many firmware? updates, I may be one of the last on earth who still use the 1st gen Instinct from 2007 (1st had soo many issues!). Like an old truck, it works fine. Takes 3.5 days for 1st gen to die after normal use. The HD thing'll suck the life out of it, so 2.5 days to die sounds right. If u want to use a phone condom, it slips off the round Instinct HD; same issue with the iPhone. The block-shaped 1st gen keeps condom secure. Near Free with activation? The HD is a safe buy IMO. :)

@7A3H0 Theoretically yeah, but Liquipel doesn't exist so that you can play games underwater, you're still supposed to? avoid getting things wet in the first place. It's just a bit of extra security. Also, getting a few connectors wet in the charge port shouldn't kill your phone unless you make a dumb move and try to use it... just let it dry and it'll be fine.

I've had bad experiences with my legend. I dropped it at my hip hieght and needed to replace the touch and lcd screen which was very expensive and now my phone only lasts about a day and will go flat if i dont have it on charge overnight. I dont get too much lag and is overall a great phone.. so if you dont drop it? i think you'll love it

@Frekas9291 because to go beyond 8-16GB range and maintain the price low they switched the technology from flash memory to HDD. and once you're using HDD technology the price will not differ much from 80GB to 250GB. also and I think 250GB for a tablet that specializes in video playback is a really good options.? you can transfer your movie collections and full episodes TV series on this device and have fun.

l'ho comprato da qualche mese, è buono in generale ma su certe cose mi lascia un po perplesso,a volte è macchinoso come un po tutti? i nokia,il design non è il massimo ma la cosa che mi ha fatto più incazzare è quando si copiano gli album musicali,ricordo che col nokia n97 mini potevo copiare facilmente la copertina degli album e associarla alle canzoni invece con questo o la copia in automatico o non cè nulla da fare,ci ho bestemmiato per settimane.

Thanks for the video...I wonder if you can comment on two issues I've heard about the kit...that it shakes a lot while you're on the road...such that if you're using it for a navigation app and looking at the phone a lot, it's very annoying. The second is that the mic included in the mic cable isn't very good, and people on the other end have trouble hearing the call. Any and all? comments appreciated. Thanks again.

@Jerz1983 i think for the most part they're very much alike but vlingo helps beginners of voice commands by having quick launch buttons. for example, if you press on the 'text' button, it will ask you, "who would you like to send a text message to?" all you have to do is say a name thats in your contacts. It is a decent substitute for Siri, but there is one majorly cool thing that I've seen with Siri that I haven't with Vlingo that makes Vlingo? lacking (and me very jealous as an Android user): Siri talks back to you. You can have a *conversation* with Siri. When you ask it to update your Facebook, it responds back to you with text AND VOICE and ask you if what you said was correct. You don't have to read and push a button. Speaktoit Assistant is not as feature rich, but more Siri-like.
