The only problem i had with this camera was the BATTERY LIFE! omg lol. but everything else? i loved! but un fortunately i had to return it because it was defective so now no one has it for a good price!

what do uthink is the difference in video quality between this camera and the hx9v?? and also maybe the hx100v bridge camera....im prettys ure they all have the same sensor but theres a price jump between all 3...i could care less about pictures the picture quality on the one reviewed? is fine for me but its more about video quality....thanks man appreciate ur input

Sure! Well, the video uploader that I used was Windows Live Movie Maker. Keep in mind that to upload a video (form Movie Maker), you have to have a? windows live account. Then, Click Youtube in the top right cornor of the page. Then, sign into your Windows Live and YouTube accounts. Finally, choose what quality you want to uploaded in (Tip : it usually recommends what quality to uploaded in). The options are 240, 360, 480, 720, and 1080p. For the settings, I used the 16:9 format.

It won't really download the files for you. Typically, I use a sd card to transfer the files. I? do this since the software that comes with it is not to attractive. The video files on a sd card would be in the folder Private. I'm going by what I know for a PC. This camera is compatible with a mac.

I compared the Sony WX9 with the Cannon ELPH 300. WX9 did a little bit better stills. 300 did? much better video. I think the 300 is the better crossover camera with video and stills. You can get a different model that has a greater zoom. And if you used Canon before, you may also find it to be convenient to stick with what your used to.

. ..i like it, i dropped the mother fucker many times & it it still works. I dropped the bitch from like 6ft high & its still 100% fine. Its pretty light and metal case, so its tuff. Dont know why anyone wound have issue dropping it. . . I got a LCD plastic stick on to protect the LCD screen, my friend did not. He got a scratch in it, no major? issue, we replaced it on our own DIY bawt dang. glad it was me. ..45$ to replace that DIY style.

Two ways 1. Take the SD card out the camera and put it into your laptop. The included SD Sony - Cybershot software should read the flies and put them in a folder in "Documents" 2. Just go into computer, click on your SD card, go into private,? AVCHD, BDMV, then STREAM. All you files for "Video" should be there.

I've had this problem with any 1080p camera before. The way I get around it is that I use a video editing program (Windows Live Movie Maker or iMovie) and upload the? file from there. You get the option of uploading in 240, 360, 480, 720, or 1080p.

Besides the AVCHD I don't think there is much difference between the video quality at all between the BT and? the WX9. Both 1080i and both look very similar from the test footage I've seen. So, I'd recommend looking for something else if all you want is a video upgrade.

I only notice the blurred edges at 30% or more at original size, depending on how much zoom I was using during pic.? I'm not saying its the perfext camera. Getting a camera now a days, in this price range, is picking the lesser of the evils, I suppose? For $200, this camera does a lot, in my opinion. 2 ways to do? it if your recording in 1080i you have? to do it like an external HDD you are looking for the Private file and the MTS files are the video and if your doing it MP4 format go into the DCIM file to find your videos & pics. I use a Mac so to elaborate on a non specific subject can take hours or even weeks give me a direct question so I can answer it. And if your dealing with a windows base PC then I can't help you at all but ask BULLBOYKENNELS he may be able to help you .
