We have never tested the Creative Aurvana In-ear3 earphones so we cant vouch for them. We can though vouch for the t-jays three. They are very good quality and come with some nice extras such as? an audio splitter and a airplane adaptor.

1. Sound, sucks! lol. Bass is very low. Highs are too high/bright? If that's how you put it out. Sorry, English isn't my main language. 2. They are not very comfortable. 3. They feel cheap. 4. The sound in the left ear-bud was fucked up after like 1 month because there was something wrong with the wire. Trust me, I'm careful with my? stuff. I'd advise you to buy the Creative EP-830 or EP-630.

I disagree, first, not everyone can afford an "Ultimate Ear Custom ear piece" we have to manage what we got. Second, no matter how much your earphone cost, pulling, squiling? and wrapping tight WILL damage your cable, it's not rocket science IS just physics call "Material Fatigue" specially apply to the copper inside to cable.

the external volume control is for controlling the volume on airplanes. if you plug the earphone into an airplane jack, it will play way too loud! the external volume attenuator allows you to insert between the airplane jack and the earphone plug. i wouldn't recommend that you use otherwise.? it will only degrade the sound -even if only slightly. and yes very expensive at $500. i've got 3 shures, e5c, se530 and e3c. they all sound great. if you want uncompromising sound quality, this is it!

I can't complete the post before, but i'll explain why it doesn't make a difference, you k now the 500 series have 3 device that handle sounds yea? but without a good sound card all the sound will only be evenly distributed and 33% one first one 33% on second one 33% on third one. HOwever, if you have good sound card, the sound card will sort out the music and it may look like 50%(maybe? base) first one 20% second one 30% third one. And that will make a differnce.

I don't remember but i am sure i don't get the aluminum box. BUt i dno't think there are fake out there just make sure ur not hunting in ebay buy in shops it will be fine. And to be honest, i own both the 210 and se535, other than se535 is tuned more loud, there are no difference. UNLESS you have a discrete? sound card in your computer, i have the create xfi fatal1y series and with that soundcard i can tell teh differnce between 210 and 535 but normal ipod mp3, or inboard HD sound no.

they're not good. the quality of the sound is quite good but it comes with little cracking voices and a background humming sound, i dont know how to realy describe it, it just this static voice that you hear when the earphones just plugged in. beside of that i'm not feeling so? comfortable in the ears with the buds material, it kind of itches in my ear. so if u want my advice check the product before you buying it, this is the best way to avoid let downs like this one.

Hello, I have a question. Currently I am using the standard iPhone headphones, but I want new one.? i've been using them for the past 2 months, until 2 hours ago when one side decided to die on me (one side doesnt work well; bass and all perfect but the voice became really faint...). had to return and switch it out. got ludacris's soul 49 instead. i dont know if the one i got was faulty, but as far as quality/lastingness of product? is concern, i wont vouch for it, but it sounds (well, sounded) absolutely amazing.

Dave, what are some in-ear style headphones that you don't consider to be lacking in bass response? I've never found a set myself that deliver particularly well in? the lower registers, and I think it might just be an inherent fault of this type of design. I always use larger Grados or the like if I'm really concerned about a flat frequency response. Have you ever reviewed any of these?

The Cx-95s sound better than the 300s in my oppinion as they don't have as much peak around the? 6-8khz range so the treble is smoother. He was right about the crispness in the high end, but I'm not sure if some of it is to do with my music. Some of my CDs were scratched when I ripped them, (plus possibly mp3 compression?)

I find the fit in the ears isn't as good? as on the CX-300. I have to use the large cushions on them instead of the medium as with the 300s. My first experience with this type of earphones was with a pair of high end sony ones, but they didn't go very loud for the player volume and then I replaced them with some Philips ones, but was disappointed as they didn't fit in my ears properly and so had crap bass and didn't block out sound and were also too quiet.

Etymotic are FANTASTIC earbuds.Like the revue says, extremely accurate to what was mixed. If you're into ear-thumping bass look elsewhere. BUT when big bass is present IN THE SOURCE audio these babies can bring it. Watching Lord of The Rings or similar, where there's all kinds of low-end SFX rumbling around, even I get surprised by what comes out of these despite being an Etymotic? user for about ten years now. You MUST insert them properly and DEEPLY or else they can't deliver as designed.

Nice review! Some extra points: 1. 45° angled plug? is very handy, 2. Perfect isolation is good to lower volume required, but also required for perfect bass reproduction, 3. Quality on build in Etymotic, best in class! and 4. Buying product from a company like Etymotic, you know you small parts will be available in the future

Cool,Thank's for the Review mike,I was thinking about getting those at one point :),Was hesitant in weather i should get them over getting the iBeat's because of the brand,With so many companie's and me not being a techno buff on headphone's or earphones for that matter,I? did not want to blow my cash on some brand and then find out their rubbish,so thank's for your opinion on those bud's :)
